BONDEPOX PZ

Epoxy anticorrosive primer in two components for iron and steel

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

BONDEPOX PZ is an epoxy primer in two components based on zinc powder with extra anticorrosive properties by electrochemical effect.

It is indicated both for coatings resistant to atmospheric agents and for coatings designed to come into contact with aggressive chemical agents.

BONDEPOX CZ possesses a high damping property, thus it forms coatings perfectly anchored which have an optimal flexibility. On this base the following finishes with epoxy, chlorinated rubber and synthetic paints adhere very well.

FIELDS OE APPLICATION

BONDEPOX PZ is indicated as a primer in the painting of metals in general and in particular for pieces designed for particularly aggressive environments. The coating obtained with BONDEPOX PZ can be painted over even after long periods of time. Applied on plating or steel sections, to the thickness of 10-20 microns, it permits the operations of cutting and welding. It can therefore be used as a shop primer.
